"Stinger" is a foil assisted trimaran designed to the French Formula 28 rule which requires only that the boat have a maximum loa of 28' and with a specified interior height for a given area, it must be trailable but all other parameters are free. Although a mast height restriction has been introduced. The racing is boat for boat so this is a very high performance craft that uses a bow sprit/spinnaker pole and foil augmented diagonal stability for shattering off wind performance.
