13.15 m[43'] racing catamaran
One of the first of our larger racing designs. These boats held most of the race records in New Zealand and have been very successfully raced in Australia also. Currently one of these boats holds the record for the fastest passage from New Zealand to Noumea. "Afterburner" , which is the modified [lengthened with more sail area] version of this design, is currently being successfully campaigned in California where it holds most race records. The design is optimised to be fast, functional and easily sailed. The dimensions of this boat allow it to be legally trailable. Some of the "BladeRunner" boats do in fact have road trailers.
